The 44-year-old Wilson had previously stated that she planned to write a chapter in the book about “a massive a**hole” she had encountered while working in Hollywood, but she did not name them.
Wilson said that the person she was talking to was Baron Cohen, the actor of Borat and Ali G, in an Instagram post on Monday.
Alongside Wilson on the set of his 2016 spy action comedy Grimsby, also known as The Brothers Grimsby, was the 52-year-old British comedian and actor.
Us Weekly revealed that Wilson had previously claimed that Baron Cohen’s group was “trying to stop press coming out about my book” in an Instagram story that has since been removed.
She stated, “But the book will come out, and you will all know the truth.”
“Public relations crisis managers or expensive attorneys will not intimidate or silence me,” Wilson continued.
In one of my book’s chapters, I mentioned Sacha Baron Cohen as the “a**hole.”
