In 2017, Prince Harry revealed his genuine thoughts to Meghan Markle during their engagement interview.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex discussed how Harry’s family welcomed the “Suits” star when they spoke with the BBC about their engagement.
“It was thrilling. “You know, I was seeing her for a while, and I really didn’t tell anyone about it,” Harry remarked.
He continued by discussing Katherine’s and William’s response before they met Meghan Markle.
“And then William was longing to meet her and so was Catherine, so you know being our neighbours we managed to get that in a couple of – well quite a few times now and Catherine has been absolutely …” “Excellent,” Meghan said. “Wow,as did William,” Harry concurred. “My father as well.”
Harry exclaimed, “A few teas, meetings, and other get-togethers at his apartment as well. So no, the entire family has been an incredibly strong support system, and my grandparents, who have known me for a long time, have also been amazing over this entire process. It’s quite amazing how they managed to keep it a secret from everyone. However, the entire family has finally united and shown me a great deal of support.”
