The German sportswear behemoth announced in February that it will sell the last of the Yeezy sneakers it had with Kanye West for at least cost.
Adidas made positive remarks on Tuesday, one month after the firm revealed its first losses in thirty years.
It produces Campus, Gazelle, and Samba footwear.
The corporation reported that the updated numbers were €200 million higher than first estimated and attributed to a better-than-expected first quarter of the year.
Following the breakup from West, the company’s quarterly operating profit increased to €336 million from €60 million a year earlier.
Adidas added that it made a profit of about €50 million during the quarter by selling an additional €150 million worth of Yeezy merchandise.
