As prospective jurors were being questioned in court on Tuesday, Justice Juan Merchan issued a warning, saying he would not stand for Trump to speak.

When pressed about their thoughts on Trump, some others wavered, with one stating that his personal beliefs of the former president “have absolutely no bearing on the case that you’re presenting or defending.” That is an unrelated matter.
