According to World Central Kitchen (WCK), food deliveries to “address widespread hunger,” notably in the north, will resume in the beleaguered strip on Monday.
It follows the WCK workers’ deaths on April 1st in an Israeli military strike.
The strike claimed the lives of an Australian, a Polish national, a Palestinian, an American-Canadian dual citizen, and three British nationals who were members of WCK’s security team.
An Israeli investigation found that their deaths resulted from misguided assumptions, bad judgment calls, and violations of the rules of engagement.
WCK ceased its activities in Gaza after they passed away. Previously, they had given out more.
