Flag Day, a celebration honoring the American flag, is observed on June 14 every year. Often referred to as “Old Glory,” its stars and stripes stand for pride, harmony, and our common ideals. It acts as a potent symbol, bringing us together over the fundamental ideas of liberty, equality, and opportunity that are the basis of our country.
The Biden administration unveiled the “Progress Pride Flag” this year; it appears to change annually and is supported by the progressive media, academics, and corporate America.
This flag is intended to provide support to people who, in spite of living in the most inclusive and diverse society in global history, nonetheless feel marginalized. Pride Month officially began in June, and for the next thirty days, the country will celebrate everything that a particular group has to offer.
The colors of the American flag have great meaning: blue represents justice, vigilance, and perseverance; white represents purity and innocence, reflecting fundamental principles; and red represents bravery and valor, honoring the sacrifices made by freedom defenders. The Constitution and Bill of Rights uphold our commitment to upholding the rule of law and guaranteeing equal rights for all.
