The legendary singer of country music will be taking the stage on Sunday for the coveted Legends slot, which is always the high point of the festival weekend. She will be following in the footsteps of Dolly Parton, Diana Ross, and Johnny Cash.
The Canadian singer said to the news when asked whether she had any unique preparations for her performance, “I love horses.” Since I adore animals, I’m going to check to see if I can borrow a horse.”
“I’d love to ride a horse to the stage,” she said. I’ll need to confirm if it’s permitted.”
This would not be the first time the singer, who is 58 years old, has used a horse in her act.
Between 2012 and 2014, Twain performed her hit song “You’re Still The One” while perched atop a white horse while residing at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
In the music video for her 2005 single Don’t!, she may also be seen galloping across a yucca plantation on horseback.
Along with her own horses, which include two American saddlebreds and three Tennessee walking horses, Twain frequently makes appearances on social media.
