Indian media sources state that a gang of radical Hindus assaulted the Raza Jama Masjid in the Kolhapur area of Maharashtra, India. The event happened before to Sambhaji Raje, a former member of the Lok Sabha, visiting the district.
According to reports, the terrorists destroyed the mosque entirely and set fire to the Quran. Homes and businesses nearby were also harmed in the attack. Muslims in the area demonstrated in response to the event.
