ISLAMABAD: Patricia Scotland, the secretary general of the Commonwealth, stated on Wednesday that Pakistan, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, has done a remarkable job of giving young people resources, opportunity, and assistance.
Speaking at the Prime Minister’s office during the Young Entrepreneurs Awards distribution ceremony, she stated these opinions.
“Under the leadership of Chairman Prime Minister Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, this program is taking significant steps to empower the youth” , she stated.
She stated, “The Commonwealth organization is committed to providing all possible facilities to the innovators. We must empower the youth and harness modern technology for the prosperous future of the country.””The fact that I am wearing a Pakistani outfit indicates that I am also from Pakistan. She praised the Pakistani government’s, led by the prime minister, “accountable efforts” to empower the youth.
According to the Commonwealth secretary, 65% of Pakistani youth are between the ages of 18 and 30, compared to 60% of young worldwide who are under 30.
“Pakistan can lead the nation on the path of development by imparting modern technology knowledge and skills to the youth, enabling them to play a significant role in the global development process,” the speaker stated.
