Pakistani businessman Akmal Pervaiz, who is located in Saudi Arabia, attributes his company’s success to the kingdom’s e-governance model, claiming it has allowed him to expand his operations quickly and effectively.
After working for three years in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Pervaiz launched his own company. Today, he has over 500 employees and has won contracts for significant projects, such as the building of jet fuel storage terminals at eight airports throughout the kingdom.
He credits the government’s e-governance initiatives for making conducting business in Saudi Arabia easier, which in turn has contributed to his success. “Saudi Arabia’s e-governance makes the system work quickly,” he stated in an interview.
The business of Akmal Pervaiz has also dabbled in hatcheries, packaging, and natural gas pipelines.
