According to the police report, Abdul Qadir borrowed the money from Muhammad Gul and did not pay it back on schedule.
An disagreement broke out after Gul sought reimbursement, and it turned into a violent fight.
Gul is said to have shot and killed Qadir out of wrath. Gul has been detained by police, who are also looking into the event.
