The Foreign Office said in a statement on Monday that Malaysian Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim will come in Pakistan on Wednesday for a three-day official visit, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
PM Ibrahim will meet with other politicians and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif when he is in the country.
“To further strengthen Pakistan-Malaysia ties in diverse fields including trade, connectivity, energy, agriculture, halal industry, tourism, cultural exchanges and people-to-people contacts, the two sides will discuss a wide-ranging agenda.”
According to FO Spokesman Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, the two sides will also talk about developments in the area and worldwide.
She stated that PM Ibrahim will make an official visit to Pakistan from October 2-4, 2024, at PM Shehbaz’s invitation.
