The KSE 100 Index reached a historic high of 96,300 points for the first time, marking a significant milestone for the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
This accomplishment was made on the third trading day of the week, when the index gained more than 400 points throughout the session due to a powerful surge of bullish activity.
At 96,036 points, the KSE 100 Index had already broken its previous high yesterday.
With the index finishing up 860 points at 95,856 on the second day of trade, the bullish momentum started earlier in the week.
378,888,671 shares, worth Rs19.375 billion, were exchanged on Monday, when the index finished at 94,995 points.
