Sarfraz Bugti, the chief minister of Balochistan, has made it clear that “targeting unarmed people is not part of Baloch traditions” in response to the terrorists’ attack on the Jaffar Express and their hostage-taking of passengers.
Bugti asked the Balochistan Assembly on Wednesday, “Why are we afraid to name those [elements] who are carrying out killings in Balochistan?”
His remarks followed an undetermined number of terrorists blowing up a railroad track, shooting, and taking control of the Jaffar Express train in Bolan, Balochistan, which was traveling from Quetta to Peshawar on Tuesday, a 30-hour journey with about 400 passengers.
