Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour is currently on a brief hiatus.
According to frontman Chris Martin, the legendary rock group has been touring since 2022 and has two more albums to record before concentrating entirely on touring.
Martin reaffirmed that Coldplay intends to release just two more albums before going on tour exclusively, telling Rolling Stone that he is “as obsessed with Mary Poppins as I am with Radiohead.”
The singer of My Universe also talked about the songwriting process, stating that “songs pop up everywhere.”
Songs are what wake you awake. I’m always surprised by them. Sometimes the title comes much earlier and waits for the proper tune to come.
