Jay-Z’s forceful methods in the 2000 rape of a 13-year-old girl have been criticized by the judge.
According to the news, Judge Analisa Torres chastised Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter, for “wasting court resources” during the hearing in a five-page document that was made public on Thursday, December 26.
Furthermore, the aggressive legal strategies of the 55-year-old music mogul’s attorney were characterized as “combative” and rife with “inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks.”
The judge’s decision stated that Carter’s attorney’s persistent filing was not a strategy that would likely help his client.
The judge declared, “The Court will not expedite the judicial process just because counsel requests it.”
