Filming for Scream 7 is said to have started recently.
The seventh film in the franchise is being directed by Kevin Williamson, who created Scream.
Williamson shared his excitement about working on the project on Instagram on January 7. Williamson thanked the actors and crew for working with him, calling it one of the happiest days of his life.
He said, “I’m not supposed to post about Scream and I hope @spyglassmediagr and @paramountpics will forgive me but when you have one of the best days of your life it’s really hard to keep it to yourself.”
