After making the crucial choice to follow in the footsteps of her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, Lady Louise, daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, is receiving accolades.
The 21-year-old, who is enrolled at St Andrews University to pursue a career in the Armed Forces, has stated her intention to make her love her full-time job.
BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said in an interview with The Mirror that Lady Louise appears to be adopting her grandmother’s military ethos.
I believe that Lady Louise resembles her grandma quite a little. Elizabeth was eager to serve in the military, but the war was nearly done when she was old enough to enlist,” Bond added.
