Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq met with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to review the PTI’s stance on discussions in spite of “positive progress” on the government’s end.
After three sessions with the ruling parties’ negotiation committee, the PTI abruptly ended the negotiations, claiming that the government had not established judicial commissions by the seven-day deadline in accordance with its “charter of demands” on May 9, 2023, and November 26, 2024.
