King Charles has invited Amy Dowden, star of Strictly Come Dancing, to Buckingham Palace for a prestigious honor.
Amy Dowden will formally be awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles at Palace on Tuesday, February 18, according to a report by My London.
According to the article, Caerphilly native Amy Dowden will get an MBE in recognition of her contributions to inflammatory bowel disease awareness-raising and fundraising.
She has since disclosed that she visited the hospital before her “busy day.”
Amy said on Instagram that this occurs nearly a year after she verified that her health check revealed “no evidence of disease.”
