LAHORE: According to Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, anyone who attack government buildings or cause damage to public property will not receive flowers and will instead be subject to legal repercussions.
The minister emphasized in a Monday media appearance that people who set police cars and government buildings on fire shouldn’t be expected to get away with it. “You won’t get flowers when you attack installations or set fire to police cars,” he declared.
He said that the courts are operating independently and routinely hear cases. “Those involved in riots or attacks on military installations will be held accountable according to the law, and we will fully respect the court’s decisions,” he said.
