KARACHI: For the first time, an all-female crew successfully managed the ground operations of an international flight at Karachi Airport, marking a landmark milestone for Pakistan’s aviation industry.
The all-female crew expertly handled every part of the procedure, from securely parking the plane after landing to attaching the aerobridge for passenger disembarkation and making sure their bags made it to the lounge.
These ambitious women have shown their ability in the aviation industry by entering a field that was formerly thought to be only available to men.
The private firm that provides airlines with ground handling services celebrated this as more than simply a standard flight operation, seeing it as a distinct change in Pakistan’s labor market.
