ANKARA: Following fatal missile attacks, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed grave concern over the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, stating that the situation could turn into a full-fledged war.
In a statement posted on social media, President Erdogan stated, “We are concerned that the tension between Pakistan and India could escalate into an open conflict.”
“I offer my condolences to the government and brotherly people of Pakistan, and I pray for Allah’s mercy on our brothers who lost their lives.”
Early on Wednesday morning, India attacked Pakistan and AJK, a move that Islamabad referred to as a “blatant act of war”.
