DUBAI: Pakistani police officer Anum Khan Muhammad Sher, serving as police officer at Sargodha City Police Station, has made the nation proud by winning the renowned ‘Excellence in Criminal Investigation’ award at the 2025 World Police Summit Awards, held in Dubai.
Her outstanding investigative work and professional leadership are recognized by the world honor, which elevates Pakistani law enforcement to a new level.
Police chiefs and security specialists from more than 90 nations attended the award’s presentation, which was held in a lavish event organized by Dubai Police.
This honor was given to Anum Khan for spearheading and concluding two well-known homicide investigations in the Punjab province of Pakistan. She oversaw the investigation into the horrific murder of 12-year-old domestic worker Ayesha Bibi in the first instance.
