According to reports, Angelina Jolie is furious over her Oscar rejection and accuses her ex-husband Brad Pitt of inciting Hollywood to oppose her.
Jolie is particularly incensed that while Pamela Anderson is receiving widespread praise for her role in The Last Showgirl, her own performance as opera diva Maria Callas in the biopic Maria is being disregarded.
“Right from the first showing at the Venice Film Festival last summer, buzz flew that she was going to win the Oscar – so to not even get a nomination is incredibly suspect,” an insider said to Radar Online.
The tipster asserted, “She is certain that Brad distorted events to portray himself as the victim and disparaged her throughout the community.”
