Ellen DeGeneres is “heartbroken” about Augie, her dog, passing away.
The 67-year-old retired comic revealed the passing of her dog, whom she had rescued 12 years prior, on her Instagram account on Saturday.
Yesterday, we had to bid Augie farewell. Elle posted a number of pictures of Augie along with the caption, “We rescued him 12 years ago, and he was so grateful.”
He showered us with affection. We shall miss him. “No one else will ever be like him,” she continued.
