Barry Keoghan talked candidly about his encounter with Ringo Starr, the legendary member of the Beatles.
At the Fastnet Film Festival in Ireland, the actor, who is playing the lead in the upcoming Beatles biography, disclosed the incident.
“I sat opposite him and I could not look at him because I was nervous and his wife Barbara was there and she said, ‘You can look at him,'” Barry remembered the moment of stargazing. “Every time I looked at him I saw myself in his glasses.”
“I told him, ‘I am not coming here to quiz you,'” Barry revealed. I’m here to see what drew you to Liverpool and how the contrast was there following Beatlemania.
