In a statement released by the NA Secretariat on Sunday, National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq praised Riyadh for its ongoing support of Pakistan amid “difficult times” after meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
NA Speaker Sadiq and Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori attended the luncheon, which was given by the Saudi crown prince in honor of Muslim leaders traveling to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj.
The crown prince reaffirmed his resolve to tackle the issues facing the Muslim world.
In his conversation with the crown prince, Sadiq stated that Saudi Arabia had consistently supported Pakistan in times of need. He went on to say that they appreciate the kingdom’s leadership’s unambiguous position on issues pertaining to Pakistan.
