An hour prior to her scheduled arrival at the horse racing festival, the future queen reportedly made the decision to cancel her visit.
Following Kate Middleton’s choice, a royal insider told a media outlet that there is a “real sense of panic” inside the palace over the Princess of Wales’ health concerns, according to OK! Magazine.
