The price of gold in Pakistan and around the world saw a slight increase after a sharp drop the day before.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reports that the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by just Rs300 on Wednesday, reaching Rs354,665. Likewise, the cost of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs258 to Rs304,068.

Minor adjustments were also made to the worldwide gold market, where the price of gold increased by $3 to $3,330 per ounce.
In Pakistan, however, silver prices fell. A 24-karat silver tola’s price dropped by Rs26 to Rs3,764, and the price of silver itself fell to Rs3,227.
