Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has been accused by Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political and Public Affairs Rana Sanaullah of being a barrier to political dispute resolution, claiming that undemocratic actions result in a politician’s career termination.
Following a meeting to discuss the federal budget between the government and opposition members, Sanaullah made his statement.
The senior leader of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) told News that although the government was willing to engage in talks with the opposition on all political issues, it was not doing so because of the imprisoned PTI founder’s position.
