Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu made the first official visit to the United States by a current Pakistan Air Force (PAF) chief in more than ten years, marking a significant step in strengthening defense cooperation between Pakistan and the United States.
According to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Air Chief engaged in strategic conversations with senior US military and political figures during the tour, including top officials at the Pentagon and Capitol Hill.
According to the ISPR, these exchanges were essential for reaffirming shared commitment to regional and international peace, improving interoperability, and reviving institutional connections.
