After 21 days of the Swat tragedy, the body of Abdullah, a 14-year-old Sialkot boy, was found Thursday. He was one of 17 individuals who were carried away by the Swat River’s powerful current.
Thirteen people have already been killed in the sad incident.
A representative with Rescue 1122 stated that Abdullah drowned on June 27 at the Fizagat point in Swat, and that his body was discovered 21 days later during an ongoing search near the Ghalegay area.
In order to undergo the required medico-legal processes, the body has been moved to the hospital. The search for the adolescent had been going on since the day of the event, rescue officials revealed.
