The business, which is most renowned for releasing the Harry Potter books, claimed that the high demand for fantasy and science fiction literature was the reason behind its success.
The publisher said that a significant contributing factor to its “exceptional growth” was Maas’s book House of Flame and Shadow, which debuted at the top of book rankings worldwide and in the UK after its publication last month.
The American writer began working with the publisher thirteen years ago, and in the last few years, her sales of over 38 million books globally have reportedly increased due to her increased fame.
According to Bloomsbury, Maas’s most recent book, which follows the tale of a lady who is half human and half fairy, has increased interest in her 15 earlier books.
As part of its agreement with her, it intends to publish six more publications.
