Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was acquitted of a second allegation of tampering with evidence related to Halyna Hutchins’ shooting on the Rust set in 2021.
Now, the 26-year-old could spend up to 18 months behind bars.
In relation to the death, Mr. Baldwin is also being tried for manslaughter.
Ms. Hutchins, 42, lost her life when a gun that Mr. Baldwin had been practicing with went off on the Western set in New Mexico.
As Gutierrez-Reed discovered her fate, she stayed silent.
