After a crash on the A1 near Pontefract on Saturday night involving an Iris single-decker minibus and a black Skoda Fabia, police were summoned.
It’s also believed that a third, white car—which hasn’t been identified yet—was involved.
Supporters of South Shields were returning from a game against Tamworth in the minibus.
“Our thoughts go out to the supporters involved in a crash on the way home from today’s game,” the club wrote on the news.
We pray that everyone is safe and on the mend even though we do not currently have any additional information.
