Mr. Sunak seeks to limit the sales of vaping devices and raise the legal age to purchase cigarettes annually in an effort to gradually kick the habit.
The prime minister intends to establish a generation that is “smoke-free” by outlawing the sale of tobacco products to anybody born after January 1, 2009.
