The case will be heard by Pakistan’s highest court tomorrow (Friday), presided over by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
Judges Naeem Akhter and Irfan Saadat will appear on the division bench led by the CJP. The case hearing before Bench-1 of the supreme court was scheduled by the SC registrar.
The Registrar of the Supreme Court published a cause list and scheduled a hearing for case number 6/2024 for this Friday.
