Biden will talk about the border if Republicans talk something else first

The Biden administration has not succeeded in securing the border for 34 months.Governors and mayors who are progressive around the nation are increasingly acknowledging this fact. Rather than owning up to its role in creating the worst security and humanitarian crisis our nation has ever faced, the administration is sticking to its tried-and-true plan of asking Congress to approve billions of additional taxpayer funds in order to expedite the processing and release of illegal aliens into American communities at the southern border. President Biden requested $13.6 billion in emergency additional money from Congress in October in order to accomplish this exact goal. It is right that Congress’s conservatives turned down the president’s request. The White House is suddenly keen to reach an agreement on updating our border security legislation.
