In the isolated area of Minimarg, where there are few access points for basic medical care, the Pakistan Army recently carried out a rescue and relief mission. The heroic endeavor saved the lives of Abdul Qadir and Asma Bano, who were both in critical medical conditions.
Asma Bano, suffering from anemia, and Abdul Qadir, suffering from pancreatitis, were in grave danger since Minimarg did not have access to proper medical care. The Pakistan Army decided to fly the patients to Skardu DHQ Hospital for immediate treatment after realizing the severity of the situation.
Helicopters were determined to be the safest means of transportation for the delicate trip to the hospital because the roads were dangerous.
Both victims are currently undergoing treatment at CMH Skardu after their successful evacuation; their statuses have stabilized as a result of the Pakistan Army’s prompt assistance. The Army’s humanitarian effort has been much appreciated by the people of Minimarg and the families of the injured, highlighting the vital role that the military plays in providing help to local communities in times of need.
