The youngster, identified by the police as Eudine, went missing from the Thamesmead area in Greenwich on Monday night at around 10.40 p.m.
The force said in a statement: “At about lunchtime, Eudine was seen alone on CCTV.
“Officers are searching for her immediately because we are quite concerned for her welfare.
“We are requesting that anyone in the area who knows anything about her location give us a call right immediately.
Please check gardens, sheds, and secured locations, as well as any CCTV or doorbell footage, if you reside in Thamesmead or the surrounding region.
