A video of Rana Sanaullah, the Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political and Public Affairs, and his wife having fun on a boat ride in Paris went viral on social media.
While Sanaullah was abroad for the Olympics in Paris and the 11th Commonwealth Sports Ministers Conference, the video became viral on TikTok.
His political rivals attacked the senior leader of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for “enjoying family vacations” in Paris on taxpayer funds while he was dispatched to attend official engagements, as the video went viral.Along with the Pakistani athletes, the PM’s adviser, who also holds the position of Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, on an official trip to the French capital last month to attend the international multi-sport event’s opening ceremony.
Additionally, on July 24–25, he had represented the nation at the gathering of 11 Commonwealth sports ministers.
