Previous confirmation from the broadcaster stated that Jenas is “no longer part” of the “presenting line-up” of The One Show.
As Jenas began hosting a three-hour drive-time show on news with fellow former football player Jermaine Pennant, word of Jenas’s dismissal spread.
In addition, Jenas, 41, has lost his job as a pundit and presenter on Radio 5 Live, Match Of The Day 2, and Match Of The Day, the premier football highlights program.
According to news reports, his contract was terminated earlier this week because of purported problems with his behavior at work.
Additionally, it stated that the termination came about as a result of accusations made to the company a few weeks ago regarding digital communications, including messages.
In an interview with the news on Thursday night, Jenas stated, “It’s hard for me to talk about. I’m not thrilled about it, as you can probably tell. However, given the current situation, I will have to let the lawyers handle it.
