As the Met Department has forecast rain and thunder for tomorrow, Karachi is bracing itself for a potential change in the weather.
The city is already enjoying a clear and bright day, however today, monsoon winds are predicted to arrive in eastern Sindh, bringing with them a substantial change in weather.
The current temperature in Karachi is 27 degrees Celsius, however the Meteorological Department predicts that today’s highest temperature will reach 34 degrees Celsius. Even if it’s sunny outside, locals are encouraged to be ready for the chance of rain, which might provide much-needed reprieve from the heat.
According to Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz, Sindh will experience heavy rains as the sixth monsoon spell moves into the province starting today.
