Within an hour, three thieves were slain in two different shootouts in Korangi Industrial Area and North Karachi, emphasizing the continued fight against crime in the metropolis.
In the first incident, police and two robbers—Khadim Hussain and Sajid Ali—killed each other in a gunfight in Sector 11B, North Karachi.
A patrolling motorbike squad of the Shaheen Force confronted the criminals while they were trying to loot civilians. The two suspects were killed after the robbers opened fire on the police officers, who returned fire.
From the dead robbers, police found mobile phones, a motorcycle, and guns. Their remains were moved to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital so that post-mortem analysis and more research could be done.
