Ch.The woman was standing dangerously over the Cumberland River in a video that the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department posted of the Bon Jovi frontman and his group at the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
According to authorities, Bon Jovi, 62, spoke with the woman and assisted her in returning to the bridge.
“We must all work together to ensure each other’s safety,” Ch John Drake stated in a succinct statement.
Separate images shared on social media seems to show Bon Jovi filming a music video on the bridge in Nashville.
A woman in blue is seen standing on the ledge and clinging to the railing in the police-released video.
Others pass her, and it appears the Bon Jovi crew is setting up camera equipment a short distance down the bridge.
As his crew stands farther away, Bon Jovi approaches the woman while carrying another person.
The performer is then seen leaning on the railing close to her and waving hello.
