During the case hearing about the construction of the two carriageways, Justice Iqbal Ahmed Kasi and Justice Abdullah Baloch of the BHC division bench expressed their dissatisfaction with the prolonged proceedings.
Syed Basharat Hussain, the Balochistani member of the National Highway Authority (NHA), told the court during the hearing that forty percent of the N25 Khuzdar-Kuchlak dual-carriageway project has been finished. The officials affirmed that the NHA had received all necessary funding.
The bench noted that the dual carriageway project is moving very slowly even with funding provided. The Planning Commission official was given instructions by the court to make sure the NHA receives the funds that were allotted in the budget.
