Local officials have blocked off the school and hostel buildings, and Muhammad Ibrahim, the dorm warden, and principal Nadeem Ahmed have been placed under arrest.
Arrests are in progress for the brother of the principal, who is also suspected of having participated in the crime.
According to Jaffarabad SSP Attaullah Tareen, “five children aged 10 to 12 were sexually abused in the school’s hostel,” and a medical examination has confirmed the abuse.
