In a ceremony held in New York, Pakistani cricket player Raza Hasan announced his engagement to Indian woman Pooja.
Their romance has reached a new level with their engagement, and in January or February they will hold a formal wedding ceremony.
Raza Hasan stated that Pooja is expected to convert to Islam shortly because of her demonstrated interest in the religion.
Raza Hasan, who is 32 years old, moved from Pakistan to the United States permanently.
