ISLAMABAD: Ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, Chinese Premier Li Qiang will visit Pakistan for four days to talk about a range of topics that both countries find interesting.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese dignitary is in Pakistan from October 14–17 at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The Foreign Office also stated that ministers and high-ranking officials, including those from the China International Development Cooperation Agency, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the ministries of foreign affairs and commerce, would accompany PM Li.
“Premier Qiang and PM Shehbaz will head their respective delegations to thoroughly examine all facets of Pakistan-China relations, including trade and economics.”
